What skills & experience would be considered a requirement for this role?:

Deep understanding of disability adjustments, inclusion,



behaviour support, trauma-informed practice and student wellbeing.
Able to navigate departmental policies and processes confidently.
Ensures supports are evidence-based and responsive to student needs.
Sees the potential in every child, regardless of their circumstances.
Maintains high expectations while understanding the impact of trauma, disability and disadvantage.
Advocates strongly for students while ensuring decisions are educationally sound and sustainable.
