Job Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses to support our Mental Health Ward at Warner's Bay Private Hospital. In this role you will undertake mental, social and physical assessments, treatment and deliver continuing care for people with serious mental illness in the Hospital inpatient setting.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

Skills and Experience

- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
- Minimum two (2) years in a postgraduate experience
- Previous experience working in mental health
- Understanding of scope of practice in line with relevant registration
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
- Ability to work a versatile rotating roster

Remuneration





On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)

Additional Information

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
