Schoolola is a fast-growing tutoring centre dedicated to helping primary and lower secondary students achieve academic success in English and Mathematics. About the Role

As the Centre Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of Schoolola Tutoring Centre. This position combines customer service, administration and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities - Centre Operations

Your responsibilities include:

- Manage daily student attendance as per class schedules.
- Conduct face-to-face student assessments for new enrolments.
- Assess students' English and Mathematics abilities and accurately determine their learning level.
- Meeting with parents after assessments to explain their child's results, highlighting strengths, areas for improvement and recommended learning plans.
- Confidently present Schoolola's programs and successfully convert assessments into student enrolments.
- Manage all student payments and fees, including enrolment fees, tuition payments and outstanding balances. Monitor payment records to ensure accounts remain accurate and up to date. Issue invoices, receipts and payment confirmations where required.
- Respond promptly to new enquiries via phone, email,



website and social media.
- Make outbound calls to prospective families to schedule student assessments.
- Follow up with parents after assessments through phone calls and email correspondence to encourage enrolments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective parents through excellent customer service.
- Manage all tutor rosters and weekly teaching schedules.
- Coordinate tutor replacements and ensure adequate staffing for all classes.
- Supervise, mentor and support tutors to maintain high teaching standards.
- Ensure all classes commence and finish on time and operate efficiently.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate assessment and attendance records.
- Prepare student progress reports and communicate learning outcomes with parents when required.
- Maintain accurate student records, enrolment documentation and centre administration.
- Process all general administrative tasks such as Schoolola book ordering
- Ensure the centre is clean, organised, safe and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with centre promotions, school holiday programs and community events.
- Support the Centre Director in achieving student enrolment and retention targets.
- Ensure Schoolola policies, procedures and customer service standards are consistently followed.





About You

Essential Requirements

- Must live in or around Truganina Point Cook and Werbiee, Victoria.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm (additional hours may be available).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong English communication skills.

Desirable

- Previous tutoring, teaching, education support or childcare experience.
- Customer service or administration experience.
- Leadership or centre management experience (highly regarded but not essential).
