The Opportunity

As a Family Support & Inclusion Officer, You Will

Support families through orientation, enrolment, and settling into careBuild strong, trusting relationships with children and familiesProvide guidance around behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion needsFacilitate respectful, solution-focused conversationsConnect families with community services and support networksAssist with accessing inclusion funding and government supportsWork alongside educators to promote positive developmental outcomesSupport educators in implementing inclusive practices and behaviour guidance strategies

Working Hours

Part-time (25 hours per week across 5 days), with potential to increase depending on the needs of the centre and children & families.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificationsValid Working with Children Check (NSW)Mandatory Reporting TrainingStrong understanding of child development and behaviour guidanceExperience supporting inclusion and diverse family needs (highly regarded)Knowledge of community supports and funding pathwaysUnderstanding of the NQF and relevant legislationStrong communication and relationship-building skills
