We Are Currently Seeking:
Front of House Customer Service Superstar in a Part Time Receptionist Role
The face of our agency. We are searching for someone who thrives on customer interaction, loves creating positive first impressions and can confidently manage a busy reception environment with professionalism and warmth.
Administration Gurus to assist with our Property Managers day to day.
An organised and detail focused administration professional to support our busy property management department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys systems, organisation, communication and helping a team operate efficiently.
An experienced Property Manager and Commercial Property Manager or someone ready to grow into the role.
You will manage a portfolio of properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding customer service to landlords, tenants, clients and contractors
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our real estate agency
- Maintaining accurate client and property records
- Managing communication with clients and trades in a professional manner
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and fast paced team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or real estate preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Qualified presentation and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A team player who is motivated, reliable and eager to learn
