Why join us?

Lead and mentor a skilled multidisciplinary Early Psychosis team.

Deliver evidence-based youth mental health care while maintaining a small clinical caseload.

Work for a values-driven organisation committed to culturally safe, trauma-informed practice across the Northern Territory.

About headspace:

headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention services to young people aged 12–25 experiencing mental health challenges. Operated by Anglicare NT in Darwin, the headspace Early Psychosis program supports young people experiencing, or at risk of, a first episode of psychosis through evidence-based, recovery-focused care delivered in partnership with families and the community.

About the Role:

As the Clinical Lead – Early Psychosis, you'll provide clinical leadership, supervision and line management to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality,

- Demonstrated experience providing clinical leadership, supervision and staff management within a multidisciplinary team.

- Robust knowledge of evidence-based early intervention and recovery-focused practice.

- Experience working with Aboriginal young people and their families, with a commitment to culturally safe practice.

- Previous experience within a headspace or Early Psychosis service will be highly regarded.
