The short version

We audit buildings and assets for some of the biggest portfolios in the country: distribution centres, hospitals, schools, prisons, councils, commercial property. We're coming off an extended period of strong growth and the pipeline is booked into 2027. We need more positive field auditors in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland.

Who we're after

People from commercial trade or engineering backgrounds: electrical, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, fire, refrigeration, building. Junior, mid, or senior. If you're junior, we'll train you properly. If you're senior, you can be running sites fast.

The non-negotiables:

• Physically fit. This is plant rooms, rooftops, ladders, and 15,000 steps a day.

• Communicate well. You'll be on live client sites talking to facility managers and site staff.

• Good with technology. All capture is done on a device in our platform. No paper.

• Attention to detail. Our product is data, and data is either right or it's rework.

• Not afraid to ask questions. A question on site costs thirty seconds. A guess costs a rework cycle. We back the question every time.

What you get

• Real training, paid. Our Field Academy takes you from induction to accredited:



structured modules, then supervised shifts with a lead auditor signing you off. You're never thrown in cold.

• Proper tools. Audify, our own Australian-built platform, developed by our auditors since 2018 and rebuilt in 2024. Capture, photos, defects, and sync, all on the device.

• Clear standards. You'll know exactly what good looks like before your first site: written data standards, a defect library, and QA feedback within 48 hours delivered as coaching, not a mark against you.

• Scheduled work, planned runs. Access booked before you arrive, travel batched sensibly, sites confirmed in advance.

• A real pathway. Contractors who turn up, learn, and apply themselves get folded into the regular team: first pick of programs, pod lead opportunities, and growth with a company that's growing.
