As our Corporate Transformation Program Lead, you will play a central role in delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the heart of our transformation agenda. Partnering with senior leaders, initiative owners, and the enterprise PMO, you will drive alignment, strengthen governance, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes.

Operating across strategy and execution, you’ll manage complex dependencies, accelerate delivery, and embed sustainable change across the organisation working closely with Nufarm’s global leadership team to influence enterprise priorities and transformation outcomes.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

- Lead the coordination and delivery of transformation initiatives aligned to enterprise strategy
- Develop and maintain an integrated transformation roadmap across business functions
- Facilitate governance forums and provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-functional risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Partner with initiative leaders to define scope,



milestones, resource requirements, and success measures
- Track program performance and benefits realisation (cost, productivity, operational outcomes)
- Support change management to drive adoption and long-term business outcomes
- Promote consistency in program delivery, governance, and execution practices

Could This Be You?

You are a highly capable transformation leader with a proven ability to deliver large-scale, enterprise wide programs in complex environments.

You bring:

- Strong experience in program governance, PMO frameworks, and delivery methodologies
- A track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives in matrixed organisations
- The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and leadership teams to drive alignment and outcomes
- Experience across operational, technology, business process, or cost transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to global operating models, shared services, or multi-region organisations
