As MLG continues to grow, we are proud to operate our own accommodation facilities supporting employees working across our Kalgoorlie/Boulder operations.

We are currently seeking a Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team at Lakeview Accommodation, a 60-room accommodation facility providing comfortable and welcoming accommodation for FIFO workers.

Kalgoorlie Residential Position
Applicants must already be based in Kalgoorlie/Boulder or surrounding areas.
Casual Position

What You Will Be Doing

- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a high standard
- Making beds and replenishing linen and room amenities
- Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, offices, and common areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces




- Ensuring accommodation facilities are presented to a high standard at all times
- Assisting with general housekeeping and accommodation services duties as required
- Following company safety procedures and housekeeping standards

What We Are Looking For

- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, accommodation, or hospitality experience
- FIFO camp, village, hotel, motel, or utility experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic

What You Will Need to Bring

- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
- A valid manual driver's licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- National Police Clearance
- Full Australian working rights
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
