You'll be the engine behind the day-to-day marketing of Sarah Hackett and Place New Farm: crafting compelling content, managing social channels, producing listing campaigns, and keeping two of Brisbane's most recognised real estate brands looking their best across every platform.

The Role

You'll sit across two distinct but complementary areas.

Team Hackett:

Day-to-day execution of all marketing activity for Sarah Hackett and Team Hackett:

- Manage Sarah's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
- Produce listing and sale marketing such as copy, EDMs, social posts, flyers, sold letters, and print collateral
- Prepare and maintain a weekly content calendar
- Liaise with videographers and photographers to receive and publish listing content across all channels
- Produce and distribute the weekly open home EDM, vendor day-seven reports, auction/top offer reports, and ad hoc emails
- Prepare marketing proposals, reports, presentations, and brand collateral as directed

New Farm:

Contributing to the social presence and brand identity of the Place New Farm office:

- Manage the Place New Farm Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook accounts day-to-day
- Produce social content for key office moments: events, work anniversaries, birthdays, agent media features, and community milestones
- Assist the Property Management team with content creation and social posts
- Manage the Place New Farm Google Business Profile
- Engage with followers and redirect property and recruitment enquiries appropriately





Across both areas of the role:

- Assist with paid advertising campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager
- Support consistent organic follower growth by executing the set content strategy
- Produce and present platform reporting and engagement data to senior leadership
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practice

Experience and Qualifications

- One to two years of experience in a similar marketing or social media coordinator role
- Hands-on experience with Canva, copywriting, EDMs, and social media management across the main platforms
- Experience with Meta Ads is a bonus but not essential. The right candidate can be trained
- Video editing and content creation for Reels is advantageous but not a requirement
- Experience producing and scheduling EDMs and managing community engagement across platforms
- Strong organisational skills and a process-driven approach with a proactive, low-maintenance working style
