Quest Notting Hill has an exciting chance available for a passionate, customer service driven hospitality professional to join our vibrant and friendly Front Office team as a Guest Services Agent.

Ideally you will have experience in a Guest Services or Hotel Reception role . Working for Quest Notting Hill will expose you to all aspects of the business including Guest Services, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Yield Management and General Administration.

The Role:
You will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Reception tasks including but not limited to:

- Servicing the queries and needs of our in house guests

- Responding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservations

- Welcoming guests to the property and performing check-ins & check-out procedures

- Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history

- Delivering a high level of professional customer service

- Ensuring all aspects of front office/reception run smoothly

- Promoting the business to achieve sales targets

- Opening Reception (AM Shift) and Closing Reception (PM Shift)

- General day to day office and administrative duties.

We are searching for an individual who:

- Has experience within the accommodation industry and understands hotel reservation systems





- Demonstrates the ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment.

- Is comfortable in a service environment and has face to face customer service experience.

- Has exceptional communication (written and oral) and sound I.T skills (Microsoft products).

- Has a friendly personality with ambition to succeed and a passion for the hospitality industry.

- Is enthusiastic and reliable with a professional work ethic.

- Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.

- Has independent transport. (car parking provided)

- Displays a passion for excellent customer service.

This is a full time requiring applicants to have the flexibility to work rostered shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. In addition, applicants must be immaculately presented (uniform provided).
