This is an administration and customer service role ideal for someone with 2+ years’ experience who wants to build a career in sales support, operations coordination, CRM administration, and customer success.
You won’t be “just an admin.” You’ll be at the centre of our Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Operations teams.
This is not a sales role, but you’ll be at the heart of the action – coordinating behind the scenes, helping our customers, tracking orders, and supporting our Sales, Logistics, and Service teams to shine. Now, we’re looking for a Sales Support Officer / Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver a world-class customer experience, every single time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Service & Enquiry Support
- Be the first to triage customer enquiries (email/phone/chat): warranty, delivery issues, installations, sauna maintenance, technical product questions
- Respond or escalate to the right internal team – quickly and professionally
- Track sample orders, stock issues, installation status and delivery questions
- Help customers and partners understand where things are at
After-Sales & Service Support
- Coordinate warranty claims and service bookings
- Manage bookings, invoices,
payments, and customer follow-ups
- Create and manage ZohoDesk tickets for support cases
Sales Administration & CRM Support
- Maintain clean CRM data – leads, deals, and customer updates
- Assist Sales Team, track overdue deals, and keep the team sharp
- Monitor inboxes: Support, Info, Trade, Affiliates, and Sales
Operations & Process Support
- Track orders, deliveries and installation dates
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams
- Support trade partners with sample requests
- Keep shared documents (Google Drive / Confluence) updated
You’ll be trained — but you must be proactive, organised and ready to learn.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- 2+ years experience in administration, customer service, sales support or office coordination
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho ideal, Salesforce, HubSpot also welcome)
- Confident with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Clear communicator (written & verbal)
- Positive, solutions-focused and reliable
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bonus:
- Experience in construction, logistics, eCommerce or retail operations
- Exposure to invoicing or order processing
