About the Role As a Registered Nurse in our Urgent Care Centre, you will:

- Deliver high-quality, person‑centred emergency and urgent care nursing - Perform comprehensive patient assessments and triage - Respond confidently to acute and emergency presentations - Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team - Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives - Mentor and support junior staff and students - Contribute to a positive, respectful and professional workplace culture This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad and varied scope of practice while making a genuine difference within a rural health service.



What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements - Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Emergency Department and/or Urgent Care nursing - Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment - Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous improvement - Current or working towards ALS accreditation, RUCNP or FLEC Desirable - Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing (or working towards) - Rural nursing experience - Passion for mentoring and team development Why You’ll Love Living in Mansfield Imagine finishing a shift and heading straight to:
