**The Role**

CSI Mining Services are offering a unique prospect for a **Leading Hand, Mechanical Fitter **to join our team Workshop is located in the Kwinana industrial precinct adjacent to Kwinana Beach.

Principal activities undertaken include supporting a small team ensuring you are able to give and follow clear directions, assisting with technical queries, reading and interpreting technical drawings, conducting prestart meetings with the crew, promoting safety standards and supporting safety KPI’s.

skills and qualifications we are looking for**
- Australian or Australian Recognized Trade Qualification
- Experience in a workshop environment; ideally with crushers, gear boxes, conveyor systems, screens and related fixed plant machinery
- Proven experience leading and mentoring of small teams
- Demonstrated safety behaviors
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Unlimited Australian working rights
