The Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill has a fabulous opportunity for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager, looking for the exciting challenge of a hotel rebrand. We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing leader to drive the newly transitioned property to success, making it’s mark on Brisbane. Could this be you?

As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you would be at the forefront of bringing the distinctive Mercure brand to life as well as:

- Developing and executing creative sales and marketing strategies that not only meet but exceed revenue targets
- Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated sales and marketing professionals, whilst fostering high performance and productivity
- Take charging of our digital marketing efforts, including social media management and SEO optimization. Craft engaging content, manage online advertising campaigns, and leverage social media platforms to enhance our brand's online presence
- Identify and nurture relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agencies to foster loyalty and growth
- Being market savvy by keeping a keen eye on market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to adapt strategies for continued success




- Collaborating seamlessly with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities
- Showcasing your event mastery by overseeing the planning and execution of events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to elevate our brand presence
- Preparing and presenting insightful reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management

**Qualifications**
- Hospitality expertise within sales and marketing management roles
- Leadership prowess to motivate and mentor your team to excellence
- Brilliant communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A creative mind with a track record of successful marketing campaigns demonstrating your creative thinking
- Local Insight into the Brisbane market and existing industry contacts are a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
