We’re a fast-growing salad bar in Potts Point, serving up fresh, vibrant, and delicious food. With exciting times ahead, we’re looking for a passionate and driven **Store Manager** to lead our team and help grow the business.

**The Role**:
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salad bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food standards. Your role will involve managing and motivating staff, handling stock and ordering, rostering, and ensuring smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations. You will also play a key role in driving business growth, maintaining a positive work environment, and implementing systems to improve efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for fresh, healthy food.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Previous experience in a similar management role** within hospitality or food service
- **Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment




- Experience with stock control, ordering, and rostering
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Passion for customer service and high-quality food

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Managing Teams: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
