Position: Store Manager - Shell Urbanista Café & Convenience. Yagoona NSW.

Permanent Fulltime

We are looking for a fulltime store manager. The successful applicant would be expected to lead and develop the stores frontline team through clear direction, customer focus, and operating standards to drive the stores performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Drive store performance to achieve targets, while controlling costs and losses.
- Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves.
- Manage and oversee the training and development of your team.
- Order and maintain stock availability.
- Manage the financial performance of the store.
- Oversee health and safety of the staff and customers.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yagoona, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
