WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a confident and charismatic individual who can meet sales targets and key performance indicators.

You must have a great positive attitude, be creative, friendly, motivated, and inspire staff and members to reach excellence in everything they do.

Most importantly, we want someone passionate about health and fitness, who will show high interest and genuine care in our club and membership growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Day to day operations.
- Maintain a secure club culture and provide premium customer service for our members.
- Call leads, book tours and convert tours to members.
- Driving new sales and assisting the gym manager.
- Generating leads through local area marketing and sales campaigns.
- General club administration, responding to emails, processing payments/late payments, making protein shakes etc.




- Maintain the gym's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain the gym's social media accounts and content creation.
- Client retention strategies according to set KPIs. Additional performance bonuses and incentives are paid per month when sales targets are met.

WHAT WE WILL DO

- Competitive hourly rate with super and bonuses for meeting monthly sales targets and member retention.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Experience in sales desirable / passion for sales.
- Outstanding customer service and people skills.
- On-going training and support will be given by Snap Fitness head office.

Notes

This is a casual position requiring you to work Monday- Friday, shift hours are flexible between 12pm-8pm or 4pm-8pm.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
