Our hours of operation are 4:15am - 11:45pm, 365 days a year and you will be required to work on a rolling roster;** **morning, afternoon/evening, weekends and public holidays - to be discussed and depending on your availability and preference.

We are seeking an experienced customer service superstar to join our friendly **Allocations Team** based in Eight Mile Plains. This is a casual and flexible role placing Metro (Brisbane based) shifts.





This role would suit those who have previous industry/allocations/scheduling/rostering experience.

The shifts available right now are predominantly evening and weekend shifts starting from 4:15pm including public holidays.

Flexible work arrangements can be discussed post training.

**The role;**
- Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls (clients and staff)
- Outbound calls to existing clients to fill shifts
- Taking staff availability for shifts & client bookings for shifts
- Accurate data entry
- Contacting nurses and updating availabilities in the rostering system
- Entering and filling shifts through the rostering system
