**Position Title**:Magazine Delivery & Distribution Coordinator

**Location**:Brisbane-based (with regular travel to the Gold Coast)

**Employment Type**:Part-Time — 3 weeks per month

**Rate**:$25/hour (Approx. 90 hours/month)

**About the Role**

We’re on the hunt for a warm, confident, and driven individual to take the reins of Style Magazine’s delivery and distribution across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This role isn’t just about dropping off magazines — it’s about building genuine relationships, spotting opportunities, and proudly representing a brand you believe in. You’ll be the friendly face of Style on the streets, helping get our magazine into the right hands, in the right places.

You’ll spend three weeks each month on the road delivering magazines, with one full day per month in the office to meet with the team, plan routes, liaise with businesses, brands, and individuals, and organise deliveries for influencers, events, and brand activations. You’ll also play a key role in helping us expand our reach, build visibility, and grow our presence across South-East Queensland.

You must be confident behind the wheel of our silver delivery van and take pride in presenting yourself — and our product — with style and care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Personally deliver Style magazine across Brisbane and the Gold Coast — including cafes, showrooms, boutiques, salons, lifestyle precincts, offices, creative spaces, and more
- Represent the brand with warmth, confidence, and professionalism — build genuine relationships with venue owners and staff
- Spend one full day per month in the Style office (Kelvin Grove) to meet with the team, plan routes, liaise with businesses, brands, and individuals, and update contact lists
- Expand our distribution network — 500+ new Brisbane locations and 200+ on the Gold Coast




- Spot and suggest new placement opportunities — magazine stands, goodie bags, showroom drops, events
- Track deliveries, locations, and quantities — and restock as needed
- Coordinate and deliver influencer drops, event materials, and brand activations
- Capture content on the road (BTS moments, restocks, new venues) to share with the team for social media
- Flag compelling new venues, creatives, or trends you spot while out and about for potential editorial coverage
- Maintain friendly check-ins with advertising clients and business partners during deliveries
- Assist with setup or pack-down of Style events or activations if needed
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all distribution points and help identify potential advertising leads

**Who You Are**
- Must be a confident driver and comfortable behind the wheel of our silver Style van
- Holds a valid Australian driver’s licence
- Friendly, outgoing, and naturally great with people
- Well-presented and aligned with the Style aesthetic
- Organised, reliable, and uses initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Independent and self-motivated — you’ll be managing your own schedule and workload

**What Your Month Looks Like**





This part-time role runs across three weeks each month (approximately 90 hours total) and is designed to offer flexibility with a transparent rhythm. Here’s how your time will typically be split:

- 1 full day per month in the Style office (Kelvin Grove) — typically at the end of the month or start of a new one — to plan upcoming drop zones, liaise with contacts, and prepare for the month ahead
- 3 days per month on the Gold Coast (around one day per week) focusing on deliveries, restocks, and growing our GC presence
- 2 weeks of the month delivering across Brisbane — expanding our inner-city distribution network, maintaining key relationships, and discovering current drop points

You’ll have ownership of your schedule, with plenty of support from the team — and the freedom to do it your way.
