Women’s Health Road (WHR) is a multidisciplinary medical centre located in Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches, NSW, providing specialized obstetrics, gynaecology, and diagnostic ultrasound services.

The WHR O&G; Unaccredited Trainee position will be available from 1st of June 2025. This non-remunerated role is designed to provide high-quality medical care, including ultrasound diagnostic services, under the supervision and guidance of a WHR consultant. The position is for a duration of three years and involves the supervised provision of excellent clinical care to women who attend WHR for their medical needs, as well as care for their babies and families. This position is suitable for a DDU trainee, and preference will be given to these applicants.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**General Gynaecology**:Supervised patient reviews, investigation follow-ups, and operative theatre planning, as well as liaison with the multidisciplinary team at WHR.

**Women’s Health Ultrasound**:Participation in supervised ultrasound procedures specific to women’s health.

**Clinical Quality and Safety**:Active involvement in clinical quality and safety initiatives.





**Mentorship and Supervision**:The role involves mentoring and supervising university students, making it an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for education and training.

Must be registrable with AHPRA.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience within the Australian health system.

Prior research experience.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is a prerequisite.

Experience in mentoring and supervising university students.

Australian women's health ultrasound experience essential.

Excellent communication skills.
