We are seeking a mature, reliable **Disability Support Worker** to provide personalised support to an NDIS participant living in **Milton, NSW**. This role includes in-home assistance, community access, domestic support, and transport, with a focus on building routine, confidence, and independent living skills.

Applicants **must live locally** in or around the **Milton/Shoalhaven** region and be confident working with individuals who have a **psychosocial disability**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, meal prep, and shopping
- Provide transport and accompany participant to community outings
- Promote consistency, structure, and emotional well-being
- Support social engagement and visits with family
- Communicate effectively with participant and support team

**Essential Requirements**:

- Must live in the Milton/Shoalhaven area
- Valid **NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)**:

- Valid **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- **NDIS Worker Orientation Module** certificate
- **Current driver’s licence** and **reliable vehicle**:





- Experience working with psychosocial disability and/or mental health
- Calm, respectful, and person-centred approach
- Preference will be given to **workers over 35**, in line with the participant’s request

Pay: From $35.15 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
