About Movement Nation

Movement Nation is one of Sydney's fastest-growing dance studios, and we're opening a brand-new location in the heart of Hurstville — right next to Hurstville Station. We're a high-energy, community-focused studio where kids build confidence, creativity and friendships through dance. As we grow, we're looking for a switched-on admin / front-desk team member to be the welcoming face of our new studio.

The role

You'll be the first point of contact for our families — greeting students and parents, managing class check-ins and enrolments, answering enquiries in person, by phone and online, and keeping the front desk and studio running smoothly during our busy weekend programs. It's a people-facing, fast-moving role with genuine room to grow into greater responsibility as the studio expands.

What we're looking for

- Experience working with children, or a genuine love for working with kids

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English — both are essential,



as a large part of our community is Mandarin-speaking

- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment and staying calm under pressure

- A confident, friendly communicator who builds easy rapport with kids and parents

- Available to work primarily on weekends

- Reliable, organised and proactive
