At **CoastCare Sydney**, we specialize in **therapeutic supports** and **allied health services** for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Behaviour Support Practitioner** to join our passionate team. This role offers the flexibility of **working from home**, with occasional office-based work at our **Miranda** location.

**About the Role**:

- **Casual and Part-time positions** with the flexibility to **work from home**, with occasional visits to our office in **Miranda**.
- Provide **behaviour support services** to NDIS participants, particularly focusing on developing positive behaviour support plans to assist with the reduction of challenging behaviours.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams to implement evidence-based interventions.
- Assess, create, and review Behaviour Support Plans that align with NDIS guidelines and support participants in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated allied health professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their families to provide individualized, person-centered care.

**What You’ll Need**:

- **Relevant qualifications** in **behaviour support**, psychology, or related fields.
- Must hold an **NDIS provider number** (essential for the role).
- Experience working with NDIS participants and behaviour support is highly preferred.
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISSC)**.
- **Working with Children Check (WWCC)**.
- **Current driver’s license** and **own vehicle**.
- **Australian Residency** or valid work rights in Australia.
- A positive and adaptable approach to work,



with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
