We are looking for a motivated **Casual Gaming Attendant** to join the PLG team at **The Cove** in **Patterson Lakes**. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes.
The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marina.

**What will my duties include?**
- Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.




- Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Customer service skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
