We provide flexible office and warehousing solutions alongside logistics support for our thriving community of entrepreneurs and startups. We first opened our doors 10 years ago in Kensington and soon after expanded to Moorabbin, then Vermont and now we are opening a new site in West Footscray.

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive occupancy for our next location in West Footscray which is set to open this August.

Ideally you live in the area and have a handle of what’s happening in and around Melbourne’s West. You’ll know where to grab a great coffee, where to lunch and have ideas on engaging the local business community.

This dynamic role is either a full time gig or perhaps a part time arrangement - we’re happy to chat about flexible options.

**Job Summary**: While you’ll support all incoming lead activity across multiple locations, your main area of focus will be in generating leads, managing flow of inquiries and developing a pipeline of prospective members primarily for our West Footscray location. You’ll take care of the process from the initial chat, to showing them around to welcoming them as a member to the CLIK Collective community.





You will also play a key role in planning and executing marketing communication activities to drive brand awareness. You’ll report and work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and also collaborate with the wider team to enhance the overall member experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation
- Engage in networking activities in the local area to drive awareness and outbound prospecting
- Manage the flow of leads from inquiry to sign up
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Conduct site tours for prospective members
- Build strong relationships with our prospective/existing members clients to ensure their needs are met
- Plan and execute Marketing and Communication activities to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to implement marketing campaigns, manage promotional events, and develop marketing collateral.
- Support the wider team in delivering the day-to-day operations of the business, eg assisting with community events like lunch and learns, lunches etc
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Hubspot.





**What you offer**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing preferably in coworking spaces, creative industry, ecommerce, start up etc
- Experience in planning and executing marketing and communication activities would be an advantage.
- Self-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with HubSpot would be amazing, however no stress we can teach you
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- Graphic design and WordPress experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
