**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Ryde. This is a full-time, on-site position. As a Sales Agent, you will:

- Manage property listings from appraisal to settlement.
- Conduct open homes and private inspections.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate sales contracts to achieve the best outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and market expertise.
- Stay updated on local market trends and compliance requirements.

**About You**
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration (minimum requirement).
- At least 1 year of real estate sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A results-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed targets.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
