**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate **Trainer & Assessor** to deliver and assess:

- **CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care**
- **CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care**
- **CHCPRT025 - Identify and Report Children & Young People at Risk**

This **part-time role (2-3 days/week)** is based at our **Summer Hill Head Office**, with travel required for in-person delivery. There is strong potential for this position to transition into **full-time** as the College grows. You will mentor and support aspiring educators, bridging the gap between theory and practice, while contributing to our mission of shaping the future of childcare excellence.

**Essential Criteria**





- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (**TAE40116,**TAE40122**
or equivalent)
- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Proven experience delivering and assessing CHC30121, CHC50121, and CHCPRT025
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organisational skills
- Ability to travel to **Summer Hill** for training delivery
