As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist(Casual / Full-time or Part-time) who brings both technical expertise and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Dental Assisting

- Chairside assistance for a wide range of procedures including general dentistry, hygiene, crowns, implants, braces and transparent aligners, root canal treatment, surgical extractions, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Maintain high standards of sterilisation, infection control, and clinical compliance.
- Sterilisation and preparation of instruments and treatment rooms
- Monitor and restock clinical supplies.
- Assist in processing radiographs and maintaining accurate patient records.

Reception Duties

- Warmly greet and welcome patients.
- Manage appointment bookings and recalls.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
- Process payments and health fund claims.




- Maintain accurate patient records using Core Practice Software.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist
- Experience using Core Practice Software (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, caring and professional manner with patients of all ages
- Robust organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to adapt to different dentists and clinical workflows
