We are currently seeking an experienced waiter/waitress who is passionate about delivering top-notch service to our valued guests. And can offer great personality to assure all our visitors have the best time possible while on board of Holy Ship.

Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and any specials or promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or special requests.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables and dining areas.




Maintain cleanliness and organisation in workstations and dining areas.
Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, including processing credit card transactions and issuing receipts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for guests.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
Solid multitasking and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Availability to work adaptable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
RSA is required
Reliable mode transport is preferred

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $23.46 - $52.79 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
