**Support Worker Required For Immediate Start**

**Location**: East Melbourne, South Melbourne, North Melbourne, West Melbourne, Victoria

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Disability or relevant fields (Disability, Mental Health, Nursing, Aged Care, PCA, etc. highly preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- NDIS Orientation Module
- WWCC
- NDIS screening check
- Driver's License
- Infection control Module
- Minimum Certificate III or Relevant Certificates & Qualifications
- Proven experience and knowledge in BOCs & Personal Care

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality support and care to our clients




- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Implement and follow individual care plans
- Promote independence and community participation

Pay: $29.38 - $39.14 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
