**Job Chance: 24/7 Care Support Worker in Altona**

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated support workers to provide exceptional care for our client in Altona. Our client is wheelchair-bound and requires assistance with personal care, community participation, and overnight support.

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Altona
- **Schedule**: 24/7 care with sleepovers required 2-3 times per week
- **Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Facilitate community participation and social activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support with mobility and daily living activities, including manual handling
- Assist during sleepover shifts as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in personal care or support work preferred




- Manual handling experience is essential
- Familiarity with addiction behaviors is an advantage
- NDIS check and police check are required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are a must
