Labourpower is seeking an experienced, energetic, and confident Recruitment Consultant to join our team at the Altona branch.

This is a great opportunity to manage and grow a blue-collar client portfolio, working with some of the best names in logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.

Our team and client base are growing fast we need someone who thrives in a high-volume, people-first environment and is ready to step up and help drive success.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of recruitment delivery, account management, and client care:

- Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates across blue-collar roles

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing through to placement

- Build and maintain a talent pool

- Place ad placements across various platforms

- Respond to payroll or job-related queries promptly

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant – ideally within the blue-collar or industrial space highly regarded

- A proactive, energetic, and professional approach

- Exceptional time management and organisational skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure in a high-volume setting

- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
