Clinic Coordinator

Porcelain Skin | Kirrawee

We're looking for someone warm, organised, proactive and detail-oriented to join the team at Porcelain Skin.

This is more than a reception role. We're seeking someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about creating an elevated patient experience while supporting the clinic's continued growth.

The role may include

- Patient communication and enquiries
- Clinic administration, bookings and coordination
- Supporting clinic operations and projects
- Improving systems and workflows
- Providing seamless behind-the-scenes support

You'd be a great fit if you:

- Are highly organised and detail-focused
- Communicate with warmth, confidence and professionalism
- Adapt easily to recent systems and technology

Hours





- Starting ASAP to allow time for training and onboarding
- Approx. 2 days/week initially through to September
- Increasing to approx. 4–5 days/week for ~6 months during maternity leave coverage
- Then returning to approx. 2–3 days/week

Long term, we'd love to welcome someone who grows with us. As the clinic evolves, there may be opportunities to shape the role around your strengths and interests, with pathways into skin, patient experience or clinic operations.

Bonus if you have experience in aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, customer service or administration.
