Position Summary: Speech Bubble Speech Pathology is seeking an experienced paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team! We'd like to welcome you from 20 JULY 2026!

Full admin support (no chasing invoices or playing phone tag with parents) We have a full time Clinic Admin Co-ordinator who handles scheduling, billing, and client communication. You focus on clinical work and mentoring

Supportive team culture + team activities

Flexible options: Part-time available (minimum 3 days). Saturdays can be arranged.

About the role In this role, the Speech Pathologist will assist a predominantly paediatric caseload (18 months - 18 years)—covering speech, language, literacy, auditory processing, ASD, articulation and fluency. Some adult caseload is also available as well as group program delivery.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

· Delivering evidence-based assessment & treatment

· Planning/implementing individualised therapy programs and group programs

· Administering and interpreting standardised assessments

· Writing reports & client communications daily

· Providing therapy across clinic, telehealth and school/home settings

· Collaborating with families and professionals to support client outcomes.

· Direct pathway towards clinical supervision roles pending experience.

· Mentoring & supervising less experienced clinicians (this is a big part of the role)

· Helping us refine and follow clinical SOPs as we scale

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential
- Min. 1+ year previous Speech Pathology experience working with children
- Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (or eligible)
- Valid WWC, NDIS Worker Screening & National Criminal Record checks (or willing to obtain)




- Private Guild Insurance as a private practitioner (basic cover)
- Driver's license and reliable car essential (Travel 0-20%)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to build strong rapport with team members, clients and families quickly.
- Positive mindset, positive energy.
- Leadership qualities / wanting to develop career growth and mentor others.
