The opportunity

NextGen Cabinets Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our small business in Dandenong South, VIC. As a full-time Cabinet Maker & working alongside the owner , you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinetry as well as providing on site installation.

Key responsibilities

- Interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications to fabricate Kitchen cabinets, vanities, wardrobes and other custom cabinets.

- Operate woodworking machinery and tools, such as saws, edge banders, routers and sanders, to shape, cut, and assemble wood components

- Measure, mark, and cut wood materials to required sizes and shapes

- Assemble and install cabinets, ensuring proper alignment, fit, and finish

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all safety protocols

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker

- Strong proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills





- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Relevant trade certificate or qualifications in Cabinet Making

- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
