PBS Eastwood Pty Ltd We are seeking a full-time, experienced Chef specialising in Korean cuisine to join our team as soon as possible. Benefits Employee discount Supportive team and consistent standards Task & responsibilities Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and customer expectations.

Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations Training other kitchen staff Managing stock levels, ordering food supplies, and minimising wastage. Demonstrating cooking techniques and advising on food preparation procedures. Qualification & experience

For this position, it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:



Have a trade qualification preferred Have at least three years of work experience as a chef Sound understanding of food safety and health regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure and multitask About Company Park Bong Sook Eastwood is an established Korean restaurant located in Eastwood, NSW, specialising in authentic Korean cuisine.
