About You

As a School Support Officer (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate the College's values and qualified standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.

The role of SSO Administration will include duties across student reception, sport office admin support, first aid and assisting in other areas of the College as required and directed by the Principal.

You must be able to demonstrate:





- strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required
- excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- experience working in administration
- experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems
- ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
- advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)
- accuracy and attention to detail
- interpersonal skills in working with a range of people
- excellent written and oral communication
- proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required
- a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
- a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal
- holding or a willingness to hold a current first aid certificate.
