About the Role

SSS Australia's Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality content and designs that support the company's marketing and communication goals. This role combines graphic design, content creation, and marketing coordination to ensure excellent execution of marketing strategies and seamless internal/external communication. The ideal candidate will be highly enthusiastic, commercially minded, and interested in getting involved will all facets of our business. This role is incredibly diverse, allowing you to design, write copy, create reports, be involved in the development of our website, work with our vendor partners, engage with our customers, and so much more.

SSS Australia or 'Triple S' as we are known in the industry, is a medical consumable and equipment wholesaler servicing hospitals, aged care, and primary health care markets. We buy medical consumable products, diagnostic equipment and medicines from over 250 suppliers and sell them to healthcare professionals, like GP surgeries, Day Hospitals, Community Centres and other allied Healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design & Content Creation: produce the majority of our content, both digital and print formats, including publications, promotional materials, and social media content.

- Content Plan Execution: provide input and execute our content/communication plan, including eDMs, social media, blog articles, and other content.

- Website Management: update and manage website content, including product listings, promotional codes, and resources.

- Reporting: generate regular marketing reports to provide insights on performance, including vendor collaboration and campaign effectiveness.

Objectives

- Enhance our brand's visual and written communication across all platforms.

- Ensure consistency in content and design for marketing campaigns and internal/external communications.

- Provide comprehensive support to the marketing team across various functions.

- Support internal events and vendor collaboration through effective design and content creation.

- Maintain and improve website functionality and user experience.

- Increase engagement through visually appealing and strategic content.





- Contribute to campaign and promotion ideation and design to help drive sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills

- Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Business.

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and content creation.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Experience with website content management systems (CMS).

- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media management tools.

- Experience with task management software (e.g. Asana).

- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a solid understanding of design principles.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and meeting deadlines.

- Analytically minded and capable of producing reports utilising Excel.

- Australian work authorisation required for this position.
