We are currently seeking a motivated and well-presented Admin Officer / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys working in a energetic environment and wants to be part of a supportive, friendly team. Your role will be essential to the smooth running of our front office operations and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent front-desk service
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer enquiries
Process in-store and online orders accurately
Charge customers and handle payment transactions
Close invoices and perform end-of-day settlement
Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an admin, receptionist, or customer service role
Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner
High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
Confident using computers and basic office software (POS/invoicing systems a bonus)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
