We are looking for a motivated Casual Kitchen Attendant to join the PLG team at the Peninsula Clubin Dromana. You'll support the team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. If you're looking to start your career in the kitchen, behind the scenes. No better place to start!

Located on Gibson Street, just one street back from the Dromana Pier, the Peninsula Club operates seven days a week from 9am. With an expanded TAB, outdoor decks, two bars and outstanding staff, the Peninsula Club offers the ideal location for lunch with friends or family.

What will my duties include?
Assist with basic food preparation tasks and ensure ingredients are organised and ready.
Provide support to chefs and kitchen staff, contributing to a seamless kitchen operation.




Monitor supplies in accordance with food volume and menu requirements.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the workstation.

What we are looking for:
Food Handlers Certificate.
Knowledge of basic food preparation methods.
Experience working in a pub/bistro quick-paced setting.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
