About the Role
As the Preschool Room Leader, you will take ownership of the preschool room, lead the educational program, and mentor educators while creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for children.
You will work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to deliver high-quality practices aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the preschool room
Plan and implement engaging school readiness programs
Mentor and support educators within the room
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Maintain high standards of documentation and compliance
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning workplace
About You
Diploma or ECT qualification in Early Childhood Education
Previous experience leading a preschool room
Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child protection
Confident leadership and communication skills
Passionate about high-quality early childhood education
