About the role

As Mont Marte grows, we’re investing in our marketing team and the stories we tell creators around the world. We're looking for a Brand Copywriter & Email Marketer to join our Brand Marketing Team at our head office in Murarrie, Brisbane. This is a full-time, in office role for a strong writer who's just as comfortable in a Klaviyo flow builder as a blank page.

You'll own our email marketing program end-to-end and produce clear, on-brand written content across email, web, blog, packaging and marketplace channels, turning our brand strategy into words people actually want to read and into email journeys that grow our audience and revenue. It's a hands-on role in a small, busy team, so you'll balance the craft of writing with the discipline of SEO, segmentation, testing and reporting, keeping everything on-brand, on-strategy and on-schedule.

What you'll do

- Own and develop our email marketing program in Klaviyo: segmentation, automation and lifecycle flows that grow engagement, retention and revenue, plus writing, building, testing and reporting on all sends
- Plan and produce SEO content: pillar pages, cluster articles and on-site copy, with rich snippets and on-page best practice
- Write engaging,



well-researched blog articles that bring our brand and personas to life, repurposing video and other content into written formats
- Write product packaging copy, Amazon and marketplace listings, and SEO-optimised web product descriptions
- Produce other marketing copy as briefed (flyers, scripts, narration, paid social captions), working closely with the wider team

About you

You're a strong, versatile writer who's as comfortable building an email flow as crafting a blog post, and you back your words with data.

- Hands-on experience running email marketing in Klaviyo or similar: building flows, segments and automations, not just sending campaigns
- SEO content experience: pillar and cluster strategy, keyword research, on-page SEO and rich snippets
- Comfortable with the data side: A/B testing, performance reporting and optimising to KPIs
- Experience writing product, packaging or marketplace (e.g. Amazon) copy is well regarded
- Organised and reliable, able to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced team
- You take real ownership of your work, including acting on feedback to get each piece to the standard we need
- Around 3+ years in a similar copywriting and/or email marketing role; relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable, but demonstrated skill and a strong body of work matter most
