You are a hands-on construction professional who thrives on leading from the front, driving programme outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple trades, solving problems before they impact delivery, and ensuring project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.

THE PROJECT – SOL APARTMENTS, MAROOCHYDORE
SOL Apartments is one of the first major residential developments within the Maroochydore City Centre and forms part of the broader transformation of the emerging CBD. Delivered for Walker,
the project comprises two multi-storey residential towers above a podium structure, incorporating residential apartments, podium car parking, activated ground-floor spaces, integrated landscaping and premium resident amenities.
As Structures Foreman, you will join an established project team and gain valuable exposure to:
- High-rise residential construction.
- Tower structure cycle delivery.
- Jumpform and core construction works.
- Formwork, reinforcement, and concrete operations.
- Precast installation and façade interfaces.
- Crane coordination and complex site logistics.
- Safety, quality, and subcontractor management.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of the tower structure works and maintaining programme momentum. Your primary focus will be the coordination and supervision of structural trades, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete, precast and jumpform-related activities.
You will provide strong day-to-day leadership on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate day-to-day structural works across the project.
- Drive short-term planning and daily sequencing of structure activities.
- Manage and coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete, precast and associated subcontractors.
- Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, Engineers, WHS team and consultants.
- Coordinate crane operations, material deliveries, access requirements, and structural logistics.
- Monitor programme milestones and proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
- Assist with quality inspections, ITPs, consultant inspections, and close-out activities.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and Paynter Dixon standards.
- Maintain robust communication with subcontractors and the broader project team.
- Support implementation of safety systems, SWMS requirements, and site coordination processes.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on multi-story residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Structures Foreman on multi-story residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, and vertical structure delivery.
- Experience working on high-rise or tower cycle construction projects.
- Jumpform and core construction experience highly regarded.
- Exposure to precast installation and coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of quality management, inspections, ITPs, and compliance requirements.
- Experience coordinating cranes, materials handling, site access, and construction logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and drive productivity outcomes.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
