Racking Supply Australia (RSA) is a family-owned and operated supplier of new and second-hand pallet racking and shelving, proudly based in Dandenong South, Victoria. We specialise in purchasing and repurposing quality used racking and shelving, then selling this stock in bulk to resellers across Australia who serve end customers directly.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hands-on Warehouse Team Members to join our hardworking team in Dandenong South. This is a physically active role that involves picking and preparing orders for pallet racking and shelving systems, along with the assembly of racking and complete shelving units. Successful candidates will receive structured training, have the opportunity to develop new skills, and grow with the business as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking, preparing, and pre-assembling pallet racking and shelving materials
- General stock management, including re-packing, inspecting incoming stock, sorting, relocating, and organising inventory
- Cutting particleboard using a table saw




- Using basic computer systems for stock tracking and order processing
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

About You

- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Experience in labouring or using power tools
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, or similar)

Highly Valued (Not Essential)

- Forklift licence and operating experience
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) licence and working at heights experience
- Previous experience in pallet racking, racking installation, or warehouse operations
- Construction OH&S; White Card
