Organize the purchase, maintenance, and fueling of transport vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and compliant with the standards required for transporting students.
Communicate with schools, parents, and ASTP to understand transport needs and provide guidance on vehicle options, service rates, and responsibilities.
Address and resolve any complaints or concerns promptly.
Receive and process transportation requests from ASTP and develop effective schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs for students.
Ensure that all vehicles are equipped and maintained to provide a protected and comfortable setting for students, and that transportation meets the specific needs of students with disabilities.
Maintain accurate records of transportation services provided, including schedules and incidents,
and prepare operational reports for the Department of Education.
Coordinate activities related to the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of students, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and the unique requirements of school transport
Ensure all transport operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations, focusing on the safety and well-being of students during transport.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
