Role Summary
Legal Services is looking for a motivated People and Culture Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high‐quality HR support across our organisation.
In this dynamic role you will be providing a range of operational and administrative human resources functions to directors, managers and team leaders.
Your work will directly contribute to strengthening our people practices and enhancing service delivery across the organisation.
You'll also be a vital part of the People and Culture team's daily operations, offering proactive administrative and coordination support to keep our function running smoothly, efficiently and with a people‐first mindset.
Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative HR support to directors, managers and team leaders.
Deliver high‐quality administrative support services.
Advise employees and management on general human resource matters, including interpreting and applying legislation and policy.




Collect and maintain data, records and prepare reports and other information that supports staff and service delivery.
Manage administrative processes, systems and records management practices.
Qualifications
Sound communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, foster relationships and prepare clear correspondence.
Self‐motivated, flexible, conscientious, reliable and enthusiastic, with confidence, sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential matters and difficult clients.
Experience in providing high‐quality administrative support services.
Experience offering advice to employees and management on general HR matters, interpreting and applying legislation and policy.
Experience collecting and maintaining data, records and preparing reports.
Knowledge of administrative processes, systems and records management practices.
Salary and Perks
Salary: $71,589 – $76,033 per annum, pro rata plus 12% superannuation and leave loading.
Additional benefits: up to $15,900 pre‐tax Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year for general living expenses.
