About the Role

As one of the first people our clients meet, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for both pets and their owners. This role is primarily based at our Highton clinic, with shifts at Geelong West, Lara, and our new East Geelong clinic when required. You'll be involved in:

Greeting clients and patients and creating a positive first impression





Managing appointments and helping keep the day running smoothly

Answering phones and assisting with client enquiries

Supporting our veterinary, nursing, and reception teams

Processing payments and handling day-to-day administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate client and patient records

Helping create a clean, welcoming, and professional clinic environment

Providing compassionate support to clients during both exciting and challenging moments

Learning and developing your skills through on-the-job training and support

About You

We're looking for the right person, not just the right resume. You'll be someone who:

Brings warmth, positivity, and energy to the team

Loves helping people and providing exceptional customer service

Communicates confidently and professionally

Remains calm and organised when things get busy

Is compassionate towards both pets and their owners

Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting those around them

Takes pride in doing the little things well

Is adaptable, reliable, and willing to jump in where needed

Is confident using computers and learning new systems

Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or the veterinary industry is highly regarded, but we're ultimately looking for the right attitude and team fit.
