enhancing technical ability and provide outstanding recommendations.
- Foster loyalty through relationship building and never allowing a guest to leave unhappy.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you must:

- Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card.
- Be professional with well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.
- Have flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role (highly desired).
