**Fresher/Junior Medical Receptionist - FT/PT/Casual - Robina, Gold Coast**

**Robina 7 Day Doctors, GP Skin Cancer Acupuncture Bulk Bill**

We are seeking a Fresher/Junior Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills for a busy GP Clinic in Robina, which includes 5 Doctors, 1 Nurse, and onsite pathology.

This role is ideal for:

As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
- Ensuring a smooth registration process
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
- Billing and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
- Providing GP assistance where required within scope of receptionist role

- Excellent verbal and communication skills with an exceptional phone manner

- A willingness to learn and display initiative
